Sunshiny Day

It was a beautiful sunny day last time we met and all but one of our members managed to get to the meeting, which meant that there were a lot of quilts brought in today.  

Several quilts and wraps were selected for donation to We Care Connect.

Quilts and food items collected for flood victims were delivered to Dandelion Support Network for distribution.

A Very Wet Thursday

It has been bucketing down rain for most of February and there are major floods in many parts of our state, including many parts of Sydney.  And Thursday last week was a very wet day.  Only a few hardy souls managed to get to the meeting.  Well done ladies!

The quilts selected last meeting were delivered to the Dandelion Support Network who were most appreciative  They are supporting the Wandering Women Crew in Sutherland who delivered a Semi full of much needed donated items to the North Coast communities affected by the floods on the 6th.  If you are on Facebook, search for them for more details.
