It has been bucketing down rain for most of February and there are major floods in many parts of our state, including many parts of Sydney. And Thursday last week was a very wet day. Only a few hardy souls managed to get to the meeting. Well done ladies!
The quilts selected last meeting were delivered to the Dandelion Support Network who were most appreciative They are supporting the Wandering Women Crew in Sutherland who delivered a Semi full of much needed donated items to the North Coast communities affected by the floods on the 6th. ReplyDeleteCute little quilts. I am really in love with the second picture. Don't know why, but I really, reeeaaally like this one. The rainbow zebra. Wow! Some 25+ years ago there was a panel with the rainbow zebra to make a stuff toy and I did it for my DS1 who is 28 yo now. It brings back so many memories to see it again. Kudos to the brave women who came in and brought those beautiful quilts. ;^)
