20th March 2025

We had a good turn out for our meeting last week.  And of course some lovely quilts.  We all love making kids quilts, and there are some super cute ones this week.

The first two quilts are donations from Friday Quilters.  The first one was made by Raelene:

And this one was made by Sue:

This one is made of flannel, and it is so soft and cuddly:

I absolutely adore these owls.  Don't you?

And what about these Spotty dogs?  Aren't they adorable?

And here are the woollens.

Bits of this shawl were visible in the other photos, but I thought it deserved a photo of it own.  Helen unpicked a bundle of wonky knitted squares which couldn't be sewn together because they were all different sizes and then crocheted the bits together.  Oh the patience!

Thanks for popping in.  I can't go to the next meeting, but there will be a post,  I have organised for photos to be taken.

  1. Wow! Some of these requested a lot of work and time to be done. Yes, love the owls and the puppies. She even did paw prints. Adorable! As always, so nice to see all the different projects. That Helen has the patience of an angel. Bravo! ;^)
