19th September

You might remember I told you (here) that we had donated a bundle of quilts to Legacy for distribution at their morning teas.  Well we have received a lovely thank you and some photos of some of the recipients, which I have permission to share with you.  Just look at those happy faces!

Now here is a blatant plug for a great service.  We always put a little label on the quilts we give out.  Just recently we used a local business in Lilyfield to do our latest batch.  Greg did a fantastic job of the art work and the printing.  Here are his details:

It would be great if could you mentioned that you saw this on our page!

We had a lot of unfinished quilt tops come in today.  You will see them as they get completed, but in the meantime, here are the completed ones:

The first three are flannel baby wraps, and the next two are flannel cot quilts.

Maria brought in two completed quilts made by her friend Robyn.  Robyn is really generous with her donations and has made a lot of quilts for us.  Thank you Robyn!

The blue triangles were part of a large donation we had about a month ago.  And the centre medallion was stuck in the cupboard for ages, waiting to be used.  They look great together.

These blocks were also part of a donation some time ago.  Love those little mushrooms, aren't they sweet?

That's it for today.  Thanks for stopping by.
